Providing useful litigation support information for busy Litigation Professionals...

YOUR CASE: NOT 100% electronic; NOT 100% paper

We understand that your case is neither 100% ELECTRONIC nor is it 100% PAPER. To entrust your case to a company that specializes in one medium to the exclusion of all others adds project management headaches that consume your time. This is why Litigation Solution, Inc. is equally adept at handling all your documents-whether they're paper OR electronic. Before you take any unnecessary steps contact us today for a free consultation on how our Digital Discovery Process will save you time and money.

An attorney asks...

Q. "It's 3:45 in the afternoon I have five motions to file, the phone is ringing off the hook, the copy machine is jammed, and there's a wreck on the highway. How am I ever going to get those documents filed and still make my child's ball game at 5:30 across town in the opposite direction of the courthouse? What can I do? H E L P ! "

A. eFile it! Tarrant County now accepts eFiled documents, with Dallas County coming online soon. In the next three years all 254 counties in Texas are expected to accept eFiling. Imagine being able to file your documents 24 hours a day! For more information on eFiling, click the link below, or call Jason Park at Litigation Solution, Inc. 214-939-9700

Recent Electronic Discovery Decisions...

Sanctions Mount for Use of 'Evidence Eliminator'

Remember Kucala Enterprises, the plaintiff in a patent infringement case who ran a computer program called "Evidence Eliminator" to delete files on the eve of a scheduled discovery inspection? The district judge said the plaintiff's behavior was "egregious" and indicated a "blatant disregard" for the litigation process, and, as a sanction, dismissed its claims as to patent invalidity and unenforceability.

"PST...what's in that file?"

PST files are "Personal File Folder" files created by Microsoft Outlook. Beware! These files can contain far more than archived emails. The unsuspecting attorney may be producing his client's calendar, contact database, viruses and much more!

Outlook - More than just email: One of the more popular email programs being used these days is Microsoft Outlook. Outlook is actually a bundle of programs performing a variety of tasks. For tips on searching, viewing, and producing Outlook files, click the link below.
